Noah graduated with honors from the University of Miami in 2009 with dual degrees in the marine sciences and biology. His KAUST master’s degree research focused on the growth and reproduction of coral trout (Plectropomus spp.) in the Red Sea. His research interests include the ecology of coral reef fishes, aquaculture and aquarium systems, and the global trade in aquarium organisms. The “most fish-obsessed person” in Michael’s entourage at the time, Noah spent his spare time exploring the Red Sea and sharing (in faux-Cousteau narration) his discoveries with others (including clueless engineers).
